Lena Cheatham began private piano lessons
at the age of 7. She currently studies music as a scholarship student at
UALR under Dr. Linda Holzer and will receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Piano Performance in the near future.
Lena is a highly trained pianist teaching at Carolyn's
since 2006, and has worked professionally in nightclubs, weddings, church,
and at social events. As a composer she has written music for local commercials
and athletic events. Lena is familiar with many styles of music and teaches
her students using the music they enjoy. Her stage experience allows Lena
to teach her students the mechanics of performing and the skills needed
to be a success on stage. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome.
