Piano, Accordion and Tenor Banjo Lessons in Little Rock

Bob Boyd

bob boyd little rock instrument lessons
Bob Boyd has come full-circle; from Music Educator to music store owner-manager of Boyd Music Center, to Sigler Consultant and now back to Music Educator. He is looking forward to teaching again, and imparting to his piano students many of the musical ideas he has developed over his career of more than 50 years as a performing pianist and bandleader. He is seeking piano students who wish to “take the next step” in their playing, and explore the world of improvisation, interpretation and styling of popular and gospel songs. He will be teaching chord structure and progression and will help his students develop the ability to play “by ear” and improvise their own musical ideas.

Bob Boyd has also been a performing accordionist since 1957. From 1957 to 1972, he taught hundreds of students to play the piano accordion. He will be resuming teaching accordion also, both to beginners and for those who already play and wish to improve their playing.
